Position: Sales Coach
Location: Sheffield city centre
Salary: £17,500- £25,000 dependant on experience

Our client a leading company in its field is looking to recruit an experienced sales coach for a very hands on role in there small but lively office.

You would be responsible for induction training, and daily responsibilities of motivating and monitoring staff, creating a sales driven atmosphere on the floor, along with call monitoring and general man management duties

The successful candidate will have the following experience:
· Extensive experience in outbound cold calling
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Proven experience in motivating and training staff
· Friendly and down to earth nature
