The Role:

Our client is looking for a Bar Manager who excels in Customer Service.

Some of your duties will include:
-To implement and maintain an approved system of stock procurement, rotation, quality, and control
- To recruit, train, deploy, and control all bar staff
- To ensure all aspects of the bar’s operation are undertaken within agreed budgetary levels as set by the Operations Manager

This individual has proven skills with the hospitality industry, take ownership of leadership, a can do “attitude,” and excellent customer service skills,
