Full Job Spec -
Outline of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Working within the project manage department, the candidate will be responsible for various tasks.
• Booking and allocating work engineers and sub contractors.
• Pricing and tendering files.
• Speaking with customers and suppliers and ordering materials.
• Undertake invoicing functions, internal and external audits.
• Be involved with training and supervising.
Necessary Skills and Experience
• Previous experience of a busy administrative function.
• Should have a minimum of Maths and English GCSE’s or equivalent.
• IT literate and competent in Word and Excel
• A confident communicator with a professional, polite telephone manner.
• The vacancy would suit a self-motivated individual, capable of prioritising and organising tasks.
Hours and Salary
• 42.5 hours per week. 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
• £6.45 to £6.83 per hour depending upon experience
