My Client which is situated in Hellaby Industrial Estate are looking to recruit a Conversions Co-ordinator who is self-motivated and can achieve targets.
Full Job Spec -
Outline of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Work on obtaining authorised contacts to pro-actively review on hold claims
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure the on hold state is managed effectively and is kept up to date, setting relevant conversion limits
• Work on specifying crystal reports to identify per account customer the conversion rate
• Manage the on hold state in line with account customer SLA’s
• Work with other teams and departments within the business to ensure on hold files are processed accordingly
• Where claims are closed either by cash settlement or alternative contractor our file is closed and any costs invoiced at the earliest opportunity
• Update, collate and provide reports on various aspects of performance
• Review cancellations with a view to retaining the client
Necessary Skills and Experience
• Able to show previous experience of working within a call centre environment
• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Able to transmit information in a clear, concise manner conveying excellent verbal communication skills
• Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Competent to intermediate level in Word, Excel, and internal business systems
• A self-motivated individual, able to work to their own initiative
• Able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively
• Have a good understanding of the business and its processes
• Able to collate and analyse information
• Be driven to achieve targets and objectives
Hours and Salary
• Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays
• £6.45 - £7.17 depending on experience
