My client based in Hellaby Industrial Estate are looking to recruit a Co-ordinator on a temp to perm position starting ASAP.

Outline of Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Taking inbound calls from customer services and making outbound calls.
• Aim to book at least 40 appointments with customers per day.
• Ensure work is allocated effectively taking into account geographic region and the service technician’s skill level.
• No Cold Calling involved.
Necessary Skills and Experience
• Relevant call centre experience.
• Experience of organising work & diaries.
• Must be an outgoing, confident communicator with a mature attitude.
• Must possess a professional polite telephone manner.
• Educated to GCSE Grade level C or equivalent in English and Maths.
• IT literate and competent in Word and Excel applications.
• Must complete a 20-minute literacy and numeracy test before the interview.
Hours and Salary
• Initially 42.5 hours per week during training (8.00 – 17.00)
• 40 hours on starting shifts (8.00-16.30/9.30-18.00/10.30-19.00)
• Additional Saturday Rota
• Optional Sunday shifts (7.00-17.00 or 9.00-19.00)
• £6.45 per hour
• Weekly Shift bonus of £25 on obtaining permanent contract
