PROJECT TEAM ADMINISTRATOR

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

•To provide quality administration support to the Project Management Team
•Preparation of Health & Safety and Project files (pre and post contract)
•Arrange accommodation for site operatives
•Carry out and control the hire and off-hire of tools, equipment and skips
•Providing secretarial support to Project Managers
•Develop and maintain sub-contractor database
•To provide quality administration support to all elements of the business as required and to maintain and update training records for all on-site personnel.

JOB SPECIFICATION

•Previous administrative and/or secretarial background essential
•Excellent communication , time management and workload prioritization skills
•Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
