| PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE/ SALES SHEFFIELD MAY START 16-23 Hours Per Week – 4-8pm AND SOME SATURDAYS Flexible to suit you although you must be able to do training every evening. You will be answering calls from customers who are thinking of leaving the service so you will know how to handle difficult situations and find practical, clever solutions to problems with the aim of your callers wanting to stay with the service . This will mean working towards retentions targets and turning each call into an opportunity to reiterate the benefits of the service and helping our on-going customer satisfaction and success. You’ll work sociable, regular 4 hour shifts (4pm-8pm, Mon to Fri, plus various Saturday hours between 9am-5.30pm) in a big, supportive team and your great benefits package will include a very competitive salary, 25 days’ holiday pro rata, a pension scheme and loads of discounts on products and services.
