| 16 Customer Sales advisors are required to take inbound calls from customers. Your role will include answering customers queries, building rapport and selling products. You will have experience of regular customer contact, offering specialist advice on our products and services and be able to spot a good opportunity for generating new business Be highly Customer focused and passionate about delivering an outstanding Customer Experience An enquiring nature with excellent questioning techniques Able to build rapport with each customer and have a determination to understand how you can meet their needs Highly motivated in a demanding Sales & Customer Service environment Strong communication & sound interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate effective relationship building Possess a strong Can do attitude Be a team player Flexibility / Adaptability. Able to react quickly to change in a dynamic environment Specific software packages and equipment to be used IT Literate |
