Client

Doncaster based Financial Organisation with a vibrant and friendly atmosphere that understand and believe in staff development offering opportunities to progress.

The Role

Working to set targets and within guidelines you will provide a professional response to inbound calls where you will input data onto a computer system. You will be required to make outbound calls using questioning techniques and listening skills to gather data.

The Person

Whilst previous experience is not essential as full training is provided, it would be a distinct advantage. An individual with an outgoing personality, professional and confident telephone manner who is able to meet targets.
Having your own transport is essential.

Salary

Starting on a basic wage of £12000 + uncapped bonus per annum, with OTE £15000+

Hours

Working week consists of 2 shifts of both sets of hours Mon - Thurs and alternate Fri shifts each week.

Mon - Thurs 0900 - 1700 1200 - 2000
Fri 0900 - 1700 1000 - 1800

1 x Saturday shift per month 1000 - 1400
