FIXED TERM CONTRACT TIL END SUMMER '08

Our client, a leading high street bank, is looking to expand their existing teams in this professional, modern call centre. The role involves taking inbound calls from existing customers regarding queries or changes they wish to make on their account. The nature of the role will mean that you will be working to targets to upsell and cross sell to customers where possible, whilst reviewing their accounts. So you will ideally have sales experience or be able to demonstrate that you can work towards targets and are results driven. Ideally you will love the thrill of the sale and are keen to work in a banking or financial environment, please call us now!!
