Full Description:
My client in Rotherham is looking for Call Centre Co-ordinator to start immediately.This role involves taking inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments, allocating work in geographic location to service technicians and providing first class service in customer care at all times.This role would ideally suite somebody with call centre experience, experience of working with diaries and organising work and be IT literate in word and excel.
£6.45/hour for a 6-8 week temp to perm contract.
