The nature of the role is to educate and develop people both in one to one situations and in large groups and therefore the successful candidate will have the skills and attributes in order to fulfill this demanding role.
Reporting to the New Business Manager you will be responsible to deliver a focused and consistently high quality induction programme which will consist of an introduction to the company, basic product knowledge and skills required for selling. This will be classroom based training coupled with coaching and motivating the individual and the team. You will also be expected to use varying training techniques, equipment and materials to convey the training in an appropriate manner, assist with the design and development of training material.
You must be able to:
• Demonstrate an understanding of the training cycle, including training analysis, planning, development and evaluation
• Engage with different Audiences
• Be autonomous with strong attention to detail
You must have:
• Excellent organisation skills
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint, word and excel
• Excellent time management
• Effective coaching and feedback skills
• Training delivery and communication skills
