| Due to increased success, an opportunity has become available to join one of the fastest growing companies within the telecommunication industry in a 1st Line Support function. The role will require you to use your finely-tuned customer service skills in order to respond to enquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments and resolving problems if possible. You will be working within tight deadlines in a busy and lively environment. You should possess a solid customer service work history, be confident and always willing to put the customer first. You must also be able to work as part of a team, be able to organize your work load and be able to make decisions under pressure. Preferably you should have knowledge of the telecommunications industry. But this is not necessary. All candidates with a proven track record within customer service will be considered.
