This specialist manufacturer and exporter requires an experienced Sales Office Manager. You will co-ordinate the sales function of the business. Duties will include;
•Liaising with purchasing, production, suppliers and sales team
•Sending out company samples
•Communicate with product advisors to initiate mailshots
•Creating new systems and procedures
•Sales order processing and producing quotations
•Detailed sales analysis and reporting for Directors
•Make recommendations to improve efficiency
•Customer queries and complaint handling
•Log and monitor all breakages and faulty goods
•Monitor quality standards and compliance for company goods
•Creating and developing systems for trialling new products
You will have extensive experience managing a busy sales office, be proficient in MS Word, Excel and spreadsheets. Ideally you will drive and have a car, and a European language would be a distinct advantage!
