An unrivalled opportunity has a risen for an Operations Manager to join a well established organisation due to company expansion. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody wanting career progression and personal development.
In little more than five years the company has built strong recognition for its products throughout the UK market and has quietly established firm footholds in many European markets through a combination of company expansion and distribution partnerships with planned growth in the following 12 months.
The ideal candidate will have experience in production and sales operations and have hunger and determination to move with the company and progress to the next level.
You will be responsible for all day to day running of the business and reporting directly to the directors. The roll will include being proactive with the introduction of telephone sales and high profile customer service. The warehouse supervisor will report directly to you of which you will be responsible for implementing new stock control procedures and making sure all day to day activities are dealt with effectively.
