Job Role:
Talented Sous Chef wanted for popular city centre restaurant. Could be a senior Chef de Partie who is looking for the next step to promote career.
You will work an average of 40 hours per week but will need to be flexible.
It is essential that you have:
• Chef experience in similar role
• Strong background in the Food and Beverage industry
• Dedication, enthusiasm and fresh ideas are a must have
You will at times be required to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef therefore it is essential that you have experience of managing a kitchen and/or people
This restaurant doesn’t deal wholly with fresh foods therefore experience of fresh produce cooking is not essential, the desire to succeed and be the best however is.
