Working for a leading player in the UK housing scene the successful candidate will be working as part of a motivated and forward thinking Regeneration Team and will play a leading role in delivering high impact improvement projects. Based in Sheffield, you will manage refurbishment contracts across the region. With a construction related qualification, substantial contract management experience and excellent project, people and budget management skills, you will be a self motivated, well organised, innovative problem solver who consistently demonstrates a customer first approach.
