COLLECTIONS ADVISORS
Our client wishes to recruit a Credit Collections Advisor to join their busy office based in Sheffield. This company has a significant presence and is well respected throughout its industry. You will need to have previous collection experience, a confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
Your duties will include:
• Contacting clients by telephone and mail
• Arranging payment plans
• Identifying cases for litigation
• Identifying bad debt
In return you will be offered a salary of £13,000 - £15,500 dependant upon experience.
