| My client, a large banking organisation with a substantial presence in Sheffield are looking for customer service advisors to work in their collections department. As a customer service advisor on the collections department you will be responsible for managing bad debt for the company. You will deal with inbound and outbound calls to customers with regards to their situation. You will also be corresponding by letter and email. Training will be for two to three weeks. Hours of work will be 16.5 min to 20 max. These will be worked between 5pm and 9pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9am to 1.30pm and Sunday 10am till 2pm. Salary is between 12k and 14.5k pro rata.
