One of the most successful independent galleries in the country who provide a fabulous, contemporary environment for both customers and employees are currently looking to recruit a full time Retail Sales Manager to lead the sales team. Working from their state of the art gallery with displays from renowned artists including Rolf Harris, Jack Vettriano, Doug Hyde and many more.
Although a knowledge of artwork is not essential, an excellent record in retail sales management, the highest level of customer service and administration are essential as well as a sparkling and self motivated personality. Your duties will include driving and motivating the sales team, maximizing sales, building customer relationships and contributing to a strong team environment. Also, a full clean driving license is essential to facilitate home visits to prospective customers with peices of art work.
