My client is a large law firm, currently seeking a legal helpline advisor to join the advice centre of their busy City Centre based office.
The role will include:
- Offering preliminary advice to clients over the phone.
- Inputting onto and updating the case management system.
- Undertaking legal research.
- Helping to find the solutions to issues relating to insurance claims, and initiating legal expenses claims on behalf of callers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a polite telephone manner, and the ability to work on their own initiative as well as in part of a team.
