| I am seeking a Customer Service Agent for my client who manufacture products for the DIY and furniture markets. Your duties will include: Being fully responsible for internal and external customers Liaising with the accounts department over credit issues Being fully responsible for all consumer calls Maintain filing system Good product knowledge to resolve any issues Process all orders, invoices and credits in a timely and accurate manner All applicants must be proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel Spring Personnel Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. |
