Due to expansion, we are looking to recruit a cheerful and enthusiastic Sales Administrator for a forward thinking company who are market leaders in their field.
Based in Dinnington, they are a family ran business who have grown to a multi-million pound operation.
The role will involve delivering a high level of customer service through prompt sales order processing, creating quotes, invoices and dispatching goods efficiently all over the world. It will involve dealing with customers on the phone and on e-mail. Occasionally you may be required to make proactive calls to customers to generate orders.
Ideally you will have experience of a similar role. You must have excellent IT skills and some experience of Access Accounts Software would be ideal although not essential. You must have a good understanding of international currencies, if you have some export experience this is highly desirable, but again not essential. A good telephone technique and professional manner is essential.
The hours of the role are 39.5 per week, and the salary is negotiable depending upon your level of experience. Holiday entitlement is 27 days per year (including seats), there is also a Westfield Health Scheme.
