| Experienced Recruitment Consultants - Temporary, Permanent, Industrial & Commercial Established over ten years ago, this successful and progressive organization is starting up new teams in Sheffield and needs experienced, proactive, driven and money motivated consultants to join them in their rapidly expanding marketplace. You will have a minimum of 12 months running a successful desk, with excellent GP figures and a track record of fantastic customer relations and loyalty enabling you to provide the best package for your customer and beat the competition! Successful applicants will work on a new desk with full account ownership and an ability to specialize in a chosen field should they wish. Some current customers may be passed across if applicable, however, new starters will be those consultants who want to win new business and build their own relationships and accounts. Your experience may be from a well known high street agency, an independent or a specific vertical only agency; face to face or solely via phone – if you are in recruitment we want to hear from you! Basic salary is dependent on experience and there is an excellent commission scheme and good progression prospects – previous new starters have become Managers within their first year.
