The Company:
Our client has been established since 2001 specialising exclusively in the recruitment of of HR professionals at all levels. They have three very successful offices in the UK and due to planned growth they are looking to take on a consultant for each office.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be working within a fast-paced sales environment, you will manage the full recruitment cycle . Day to day tasks will range from business development, a strong emphasis being placed on developing lasting business relationships, both with existing and prospective clients, interviewing candidates and handling vacancies from taking in the initial job description to negotiation the final offer.
The Candidate:
In order to succeed you will need to have a natural sales ability, be hard working, enthusiastic and have plenty of ambition.
A proven background of developing successful business relationships and building and managing lasting customer relationships is essential.
