Recruitment consultant - £25,000 Basic plus bonus to give £40K - £50K + OTE
Based in Sheffield
I currently have a vacancy for an experienced recruitment consultant to join an experienced team.
If you have strong experience as a recruitment consultant you could be earning a lot more money working in an environment where you are respected for your results.
The targets are set and wont increase every month like other agencies so themore business you bill the more bonus you earn.
Bonus is paid at 5% of all revenue up to target, 10% of all revenue on target and then 15% of all revenue for achieving £2000 over target.
For example if you achieved £14,000 in one month you would be receiving over £50,000 per year
The company do not breathe down your neck every two minutes, all work as a team to help each other to reach success and offer every bit of support they can.
Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
