An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a professional and forward thinking organisation with offices in the heart of Sheffield City Centre. They work closely with the Job Centre and Learning and Skills Council to deliver training courses in retail, customer services, administration, warehousing, childcare and elderly care sectors as well as being instrumental in sourcing new learners with delivery of complete frameworks as required.
Purpose: To achieve contract profiles working in conjunction with employers/workplace supervisors. Supporting candidates through the assessment process in line with Awarding Body guidelines and QCA Code of Practice.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Achieving qualifications within given timescales.
• Ensure all learners have realistic ILP’s that are reviewed to ensure progression.
• Increase the portfolio of the company by assisting in the marketing of all areas of the business.
• Manage own caseloads at viable levels
• Covering South/West Yorkshire and Humberside
Person Specifications:
• D32/33 or A1 units
• TDLB or L & D Level 3 or above are an advantage
• Occupationally competent in either Childcare, Elderly Care, Administration, Retail, Warehouse and Customer Service sectors.
• Experience of key skills & technical certificate required
• Awareness of the assessment/testing process
• Experience of mentoring, coaching, delivering training or supporting personal development to learners.
