This established organisation in Sheffield are going through some major growth, therefore, there is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join their vibrant, successful customer service team!!
Your main duties will include taking inbound calls, placing and processing orders, creating new company files, arranging quotes and discounts, liaising with clients and suppliers along with general customer service duties.
Your clients will be among some of the largest, recognised companies in the nation. So pack your call centre experience, conflict resolution skills, excellent time management, intermediate Microsoft skills and good communication skills.
