Job Description
Our client is a leading contractor within the retail sector, due to continued success and new contracts, they are looking to appoint experienced site managers throughout the UK.
Candidates must have a proven track record in the retail sector, delivering an effective health and safety regime, ensuring projects are built safely, economically to the agreed time scales and quality standards.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
Successful candidates will manage performance, develop and maintain good working relationships with the design team, the customer, the supply chain and the commercial team
Experience of managing in a live environment and the ability to identify and resolve issues on and off site.
