Job Description
A well respected Barnsley based retail company are looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Clerk to cover a maternity leave contract which will last for a minimum of 8 months.
It’s important that you have used a Sage Payroll system previously and your duties will involve:
- Weekly processing of 200+ weekly staff
- Chasing timesheets
- Processing payments
- Handling Payroll queries
- Advising on deductions and over payments
To be considered for this position, you will need to have experience of SSP and SMP payments.
You will have experience of processing payroll and be used to working to tight deadlines. You will have up to date knowledge of payroll legislation and be highly accurate.
