Job Description
Call Centre Shift Manager
Working in a call centre you will be responsible for the supervision, development and training of the operators.
You will need to ensure work is received, acted on and controlled effectively to agreed service standards.
You will manage the day to day activities of your shift team members, deal with any escalated issues and other ad hoc duties.
Communicate effectively within the department to ensure there is a seamless transition
between each shift.
Support, coach and assist in the development of staff training programmes.
To apply for this role you must have previous experience of training; staff reviews and appraisals, working to SLA’s and KPI’s.
We are looking for a meticulous person with foresight and a penchant for planning.
