Job Description
We deliver a full range of facilities management and building maintenance to the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.
Owing to the award of new contracts we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to lead our team, providing property services and support to a range of clients in the public and private sectors.
Who we want.
We are looking for individuals who can show flexibility with the role and work the full range of shifts and offer our customers exceptional customer service and lead a team by example. The role is very varied and we need people who are able to deal with a multiple number of queries from their teams and customers all at once whilst remaining calm and confident. This is a very challenging role and you will be required to hit the ground running.
Our opening hours are 08:00am – 20:00 Monday –Sunday – the successful person, will be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays.
Ideally you will have will have previous experience of managing a team who is going through very rapid expansion plans and experience of excelling in a customer environment preferably within emergency response.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promoting an environment of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Leading a team through a period of raid change and expansion – ability to remain calm under pressure and to have excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Hands on manager who is not afraid to work with their team as and when required.
- Ensure all in house systems are updated with all relevant information taken while taking calls.
- Monitor team’s daily workload to ensure all areas of the contracts are covered and contingency plans are in place.
- Liaise with internal and external clients as and when required.
- Work proactively and undertake duties as required to improve operational efficiency of the business units.
- Work with all our customers to streamline processes and procedures to ensure maximum productivity.
