Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable and experienced manager to implement, co-ordinate and manage the successful delivery of a national project, developing and delivering a Higher Level Apprentice Framework in Emergency Care and ensuring effective progression routes are available.
We are seeking a dynamic leader who shares our high expectations of learners and who is seeking work in a stimulating environment with strong values. Strong leadership, excellent communication and organisational skills and an innovative approach to developing new provision are essential to provide an outstanding learning experience. Applicants will be expected to demonstrate an ability to develop strategies and solutions that ensure that the objectives of the project are achieved.
Suitable applicants will have a degree or equivalent , experience of working in a clinical training environment and have the ability to motivate and lead with a clear vision.
