Job Description
Our Sheffield based client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Machinists with Fanuc and or Heidenhaim, to effectively operate within the CNC area. 39 hours per week days and evenings, with a pay rate of £10.10 plus negotiable per hour.
This role will involve setting up and operating various CNC machines for the manufacture of orthopaedic implants, associated instrumentation and other products. Adjusting offsets and cutter/tip changes to maintain the process. Intermediate editing and proof running of existing CNC programs.
Uploading/downloading of programmes using Cimco Editor software, Knowledge of CNC programming is an advantage but is not essential. Inspecting parts to specification, and recording details. Operating various measuring equipment.
