Job Description
To support the Senior Estates Technician in providing an efficient and effective Estates technical function, encompassing project maintenance, Estates data and drawings management.
Applicants should be experienced in Auto Cad level 3 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate attention to detail to ensure appropriate standards of workmanship along with a keen appreciation of care and maintenance. A HNC Construction or similar buildings related qualification would be an advantage.
