Job Description
You will be managing administration teams within a busy processing centre. The candidate must have experience in performance (objective setting and reviews), absence and disciplinary management. A flexible approach to work is required in order to meet variable work demands and deadlines; this may involve some evening and weekend working.
Main duties include:
- Responsible for the management of 2 or more notice processing teams (ranging from 3 to 12+ staff each)
- Delivery of activities within area of responsibility to Service Level Agreements and other agreed targets whilst adhering to Quality Standards and Targets.
- Produce relevant reports and management information to demonstrate performance results.
- Conducting staff appraisals, including objective setting and performance reviews.
- Coaching & development of staff.
- Liaison with relevant business stakeholders, including Clients and Directors.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Commitment to personal development.
Experience:
- 2 years staff management, preferably across 2 or more teams.
- Delivering to Service Level Agreements in a volume driven environment.
- Staff performance management, including objective/target setting, reviews, coaching and development.
- Handling absence management and disciplinary cases.
- Complaints handling or similar.
