Our client are one of the areas fastest growing private companies and are currently recruiting for a Telephone Sales Advisor.
Job Description
You will be working within a small but very office based at our clients Head Office in Sheffield
Responsibilities will comprise of:
* Taking Inbound phone calls
* Following up warm leads
* Dealing with email enquiries
* Converting online sales enquiries.
* Up-selling existing orders
* Following up on existing order.
* Basic sales administration and data inputting.
* Communicating with business clients, their staff and internal departments to ensure effective communication across the customer communication process.
Person Specification
* The successful candidate will:
* Have previous experience within a sales based role, desirably within an office/admin based environment.
* Posses a firm understanding of the ‘Sales’ Cycle’ and understanding of the business to business protocols.
* Have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner both orally and written.
* Be IT literate – experience with Excel and Microsoft word ideally.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
