Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Service Contract Coordinator to join our busy Finance Department based in our Sheffield Head Office.
This position plays a key role within the business and is responsible for the generation of all service invoicing and ensuring that the relevant in-house databases are up to date with all service contract information.
The main service maintenance functions include:
- Entering new contract information into the in-house database
- Generating monthly invoicing for service clients
- Managing customer information
- Generating reports for all branches
- Maintenance Agreement documentation management
You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) with a minimum of C grade in English and Mathematics. Experience of working in an office environment, IT literate with experience of having used computerised accounting packages.
