Job Description

Our client is a large player in the remit of loft and cavity wall, currently they need an individual to take on the responsibility of looking after the Surveying Agencies, so they can control the work-load, forecast better, aware of problems, ensure that the loft and cavity wall is not being mis-sold or mis-represented in anyway.  Organise regular meetings with key contacts at the main Agencies, aware of any issues that may need resolving, look at numbers of surveyors working, liaise with the National Surveyor Manager weekly.

Key Responsibilities are as follows;

• To measure, monitor and effectively manage the volumes ensuring performance matches key customer KPI’s such as timelines and conversion rates.

• To liaise with Agency management and regional offices to rectify kpi deficiencies.

• Effective geographical area planning to ensure maximum coverage.

• Generate relevant and appropriate reports to capture and share performance.

• Ensure the appropriate guidelines associated with external surveying groups and domestic customers are achieved at the highest level.

Knowledge Requirements/Person Specification

A Manager who can demonstrate a track record of working in a high volume/fast moving environment.

Strong geographical / area planning.

Excellent people management skills.

Excellent time management skills.

Effective communication, organisational and influencing skills

Experience of recruitment.

Experience of dealing with, managing and motivating sales people.
