Job Description
Accounts Assistant - A City Center based organisation have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team on a 12 month contract covering a period of maternity.
The role of an Accounts Assistant will involve the following:
- Credit Control – letters, telephone calls, e-mails, dealing with call in enquiries
- Purchase and Sales ledger works
- Taking and reconciling payments – Cheque, credit card, cash
- General administration duties
- Involved in the day to day operations of a busy finance department dealing with all aspects of the financial side of property management
To qualify for the role, you will have to have the following skills and experience:
- A strong back ground in accounts
- Experience working with SAGE line 50
- Knowlegde and proven experience of the workings of Accounts practices and procedures
- Good communication skills are essential as is the ability to be able to work as part of a team
