Job Description
We are currently working with a large PLC based Business located in the heart of Chapeltown, Sheffield. Due to expansion, investment and new clients - they urgently need to appoint 3 outstanding help desk operators. This role requires individuals who are bright, eager, assertive and able to work on a telephone and operate information from a PC at the same time.
The key daily duties of this role is to take telephone calls fro companies who have vehicles broke down any-where within the UK, our clients advisors in-turn liaise with their vehicle technicians and engineers in order to get the vehicles back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.
The process requires the successful candidates to ask questions, gather information in order to make the diagnosis by th vehicle technician easier. The more automotive knowledge the successful candidate possesses, the easier and more successful the candidate will make the role. Key attriubutes are as follows;
Excellent comunication skills, both verbally and listening.
Good IT skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Knowledge of the automotive industry.
Experience from a workshop or service area.
Experience of using one-link system.
This role is Monday - Friday working between 7am - 5pm, following work patterns - 7am - 3pm, 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm.
