Job Description
Within the next month my client will need to hire a skilled Finance Manager to run a team of 5 clerks, 1 Assistant Accountant and two HR officers. The company currently operates with a turnover of £90m (Group) and have offices in Sheffield and the South of England.
The main duties for this role as well as managing the team will include monthly board meetings with senior staff, management accounts, variance and KPI analysis, 2013 budget plan, costing analysis, liaising with auditors amongst other ad hoc duties.
The ideal candidate MUST be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified and have at least 2 years experience in a similar post. The industry background of applicants is not overly important but an ability to communicate to a high level with non finance staff is vital.
