Job Description
Duties:
Working for a leading Environmental organisation based in Sheffield.
Respond to customer requests in line with service standards. Address the needs of our internal and external customers, providing rapid and effective responses to their questions and queries. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant systems and processes to ensure up to date information is communicated to customers at all times. Utilise systems in line with agreed procedures to ensure that information is available for monitoring and reporting purposes. Previous telephone based customer service experience is essential.
Candidates with a CRB/Disclosure Scotland Certificate advantageous.
35:00 hours per week:
Monday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
Tuesday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
Wednesday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
Thursday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
