Job Description
Temporary to Permanent-Barnsley- shifts- £9 per hour + shift allowance + overtime
Our client based in Barnsley are keen to recruit Manual Centre Lathe Turners to work days at £9 per hour (increasing with time) and nights at £11.25 per hour, plus overtime at excellent rates.
The role involves pre-machining, proof machining and finish machining components in high quality steel to within 0.001” tolerance.
Applicants must have a strong manual machining background and be happy to work days and nights.
Rates are days at £9 per hour increasing to £9.48 after 2 months, nights paid at time & ¼. Overtime is paid at time & ½ for days and Saturdays, and double time for Sundays.
