Job Description
We are currently working with a large PLC who are looking to appoint some-one within their transport department at their Hillsborough based offices. This role is ideal for some-one wanting a part-time opportunity as our client is wanting some-one to work 20 hours Monday - Wednesday. Key duties for the role will be as follows;
Processing and paying parking fines.
Leavers private fuel calculations who have company cars
Monitoring company car month end forms by sending out reports and chasing outstanding ones
Inputting and updating information on the company fleet system
Handle incoming calls and make pro active outgoing calls
Maintaining record systems
Chasing and collating information
General office administration
The successful candidate will be a keen team player but also have the ability to work on their own and adhere to strict deadlines. The ability to prioritise own workload is essential. It is essential that you are computer literate, have a keen eye for written and numerical detail, organised and have a good telephone manner, previous administration experience is essential.
