Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Resource Coordinator to join an established organisation based in Sheffield. You will be responsible for:
- providing and developing the information resources, reporting to the relevant manager.
- To collate/update the document resources.
- To coordinate research project proposals and internal business developments including writing project proposals to customers/funding bodies.
- Develop and update training manuals.
- Assist in general human resources duties including recruitment.
- To cover the office administrator on account management.
- To be the 1st point of call on switchboard/reception as required.
Applicants must have –
- Good level of written and oral communication skills
- Competent in using all Microsoft packages,
- Knowledge or experience of project management and writing project proposals
- Knowledge or experience of implementing human resource policies.
- Knowledge of SAGE professional.
- Experience in all aspects of document management
- Relevant experience in a technical administration environment.
Mon- Friday – permanent role 37 hours £14- £25k
