Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Resource Coordinator to join an established organisation based in Sheffield. You will be responsible for:

  • providing and developing the information resources, reporting to the relevant manager.
  •  To collate/update the document resources.
  • To coordinate research project proposals and internal business developments including writing project proposals to customers/funding bodies.
  • Develop and update training manuals.
  • Assist in general human resources duties including recruitment.
  • To cover the office administrator on account management.
  • To be the 1st point of call on switchboard/reception as required.

Applicants must have –

  • Good level of written and oral communication skills
  • Competent in using all Microsoft packages,
  • Knowledge or experience of project management and writing project proposals
  • Knowledge or experience of implementing human resource policies.
  •  Knowledge of SAGE professional.
  • Experience in all aspects of document management
  • Relevant experience in a technical administration environment.

Mon- Friday – permanent role 37 hours £14- £25k
