Job Description
My client based in Sheffield currently have an opportunity for an experienced Care/Nursing Consultant. Working closely within their team, you will be given the support and tools necessary to enable you to grow and develop both yourself and a successful desk.
They already have great clients with whom they have already developed fantastic relationships and your task will be to develop these relationships through your own personality and skills as a Consultant.
In addition to the above you will also be expected to:
- identify new business opportunities
- manage your own diary and appointments
- ensure you have a continuous flow of candidates to ensure business growth and customer service.
My client have strict guidelines on compliance and you will be expected to be aware of and comply to this at all times as they value their reputation and build relationships with their clients through this honest and open approach.
They are currently developing their existing business areas as well as looking at new markets - this is an exciting time to join the agency as you will be part of a very successful company that is growing continuously.
