Job Description

Sheffield-Permanent-£28-£30k

An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to build a career in a key role within an innovative and progressive Sheffield company.

The role will grow to incorporate a wide range of mechanical & electrical maintenance across the site. Including but not limited to, repair and routine maintenance of CNC metal cutting machinery, routine planned servicing on plant and equipment to OEM specifications, electrical and mechanical breakdown repairs and managing the involvement of relevant sub contract maintenance teams as and when required.

In order to develop this role to it’s full potential the engineer will have experience of servicing and repairing CNC machinery, be of 17th edition or an electrical qualification (or equivalent), have experience of working in a manufacturing environment on single and 3 phase supplies and be confident in dealing with specialist contractors.

In return the package includes a starting salary of between £28-£32k, 33 days holiday per year and a 7% non contributory pension scheme.
