Job Description
Our Sheffield based client is looking for a number of collections negotiators to join their expanding team.
Main duties will include:
- contacting debtors to arrange payment of outstanding monies, for goods and services purchased from their clients.
- setting up payment plans
- dealing closely with clients and debtors to ensure the best possible outcome is acheived
- ensuring all calls and correspondance are compliant
- progressing accounts for further action when required to do so
Candidates ideally will have previous experience in this type of role. The position is 37.5 hours per week and is initially temporary leading to permanent for the right candidate.
