Job Description
Field Service Engineer - Yorkshire & Humberside
My client, based in South West England, are a leading player in the commercial gas bolier and water heaters sectors providing clients as diverse as industrial users, schools and hospitals.
They are looking for a Technical Services Engineer to provide external technical support, repair and installation for their comprehensive range of products across Yorkshire, Humberside and North Lincolnshire..
Reporting directly to the Service & Commissioning Manager, duties will include:
- Onsite technical support
- Commissioning
- Fault finding and repairs in warranty
- Technical telephone support
- Quotations
- Product training
This role requires excellent IT, organisational and communication skills with a strong customer focus. The successful candidate should have a minimum of an Advanced City and Guilds in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent, with a minimum of two years experience in a related industry. ACS accreditation would also be beneficial.
